Summer Schedule Post
June 6th – July 29th
Due to staff schedules, all classes on Monday and Thursday will not begin until the second week of June. Please see below.
Monday classes start June 13th

Thursday classes start June 16th
We will not hold classes on Monday, July 4th in observance of Independence Day.
Summer Information Post
Music
All classes will be conducted to Christian music. However, we will also be using Classical for our Ballet classes, as well as some age-appropriate children’s music for our younger students.
Payments
- There is a $25 non-refundable registration fee per family.
- Tuition will automatically be processed on the days listed below via JackRabbit. (No checks or cash will be accepted).
- A late fee of $30 will be added if payment method is declined unless other arrangements are made.
- You can update your form of payment at any time in your parent portal.
- No refunds can be given in the case of natural disasters or vacations.

Tuition Costs
- Summer Classes
- Tuition is due the 6th of each month.
- First Class Tuition: $80
- Each additional class after the first is only $40, including sibling classes.
- Summer Camps
- Tuition is due the first day of camp.
- Ages 3-5, cost: $120
- Ages 6-9, cost: $145
- Summer Intensive
- Tuition is due the first day of Intensive.
- Cost: $75
- Mom & Me Day Camp
- Tuition is due the first day of camp.
- Cost: $30
Class Time
- Please do not drop your child off at the studio more than 5 minutes prior to her/his class.
- Always send your dancer into the building fully dressed for class, wearing a cover-up and street shoes, with dance shoes in a bag, along with a bottle of water labeled with your child’s name. Before entering the dance room, dancers will change into dance shoes.
- All classes are “closed curtain” (meaning teachers, helpers, and students only in the classroom). This helps minimize distraction for the students. However, each class is equipped with audio and video surveillance for everyone’s safety.
- Please have your child change back into street shoes before leaving the building. Dance shoes are for the studio room only. They are never to be worn outside.
2022 Summer Holidays
We will not hold classes on Monday, July 4th in Observance of Independence Day.
Dress Code
- Required class attire can be purchased here: www.shopnimbly.com/sofdance. Select “Celina” as the category.
- Camps and Intensives are the only exceptions. For these classes, your child can wear dancewear or anything the child can comfortably move in.
Insurance
It is required that all dance students be covered by their own family insurance policies. If injury occurs, it is understood that the student’s own policy is the only source of reimbursement.
Keeping Parents Informed
Communication will be electronic, including newsletters. Please make sure we have a current e-mail address at all times! All information will be e-mailed. Steps of Faith also has a facebook page where you can find information. We also strongly encourage parents to sign up to receive our text messages. On your cell phone – in the “To:” field, type 81010. In the message area, type @sofdance.
SOF reserves the right to make any changes to all aspects of our business at any time. SOF reserves the right to terminate a student’s enrollment at any time. This is especially possible when a parent does not help us uphold Christian standards of behavior and character.

Parent Information
Music
All classes will be conducted to Christian music. However, we will also be using Classical for our Ballet classes as well as some age-appropriate children’s music for our younger students.
Payments
- There is a $20.00 non-refundable registration fee. ($10.00 per additional sibling.)
- Tuition is due on the 1stclass day.
- Tuition is paid monthly, $50 for the first class and $22 for each additional class including siblings.
- There will be a $30 fee for returned checks.
- Summer tuition is due each month whether it is a long (5 week) or short (2 week) month and regardless of whether your child attends every class or not.
- No refunds can be given in the case of natural disasters or vacations. (i.e.- Hurricanes)
- Please make checks payable to “Steps of Faith Dance Studio” and drop in black payment box on the desk or pay online. You may also pay in person with a credit card.
Monthly Tuition Costs
First class tuition: $75
Any additional class after the first is only $35, including sibling classes.
Traffic Information
To help make sure our traffic flows as smoothly as possible:
- Please drop-off 5 minutes early, and pick-up 5 minutes late.
- Please follow arrows around the building to drop-off under the covered area
- The covered area is a 10-second drop-off/pick-up area
- No parking in fire lanes.
Class Time
- Please do not drop your child off at the studio more than 5 minutes prior to her/his class.
- All classes are “closed curtain” (meaning teachers, helpers, and students only in the classroom). Each classroom is equipped with video and audio surveillance for safety.
- In an attempt to minimize people in our facility and respect social distancing guidelines, we ask that parents drop off dancers outside at our sanitizing/temperature taking station. If there are any questions, call the office, and Mrs. Carla can even come out to your car. Thanks so much for helping us keep our dancers healthy.
- Please have your child change back into street shoes before leaving. Dance shoes are for the studio only, they are never to be worn outside.
- Please bring bottle water(s) ONLY
Suggested Dancewear
- Ballet: leotard, tights, black shorts/skirt, Ballet shoes, hair in a bun.
- Jazz: leotard, black leggings or shorts, Jazz shoes
- Lyrical: leotard, black leggings, dance shorts, Lyrical shoes
- Hip Hop: leotard, black leggings, dance shorts, Hip Hop shoes
- Boys Attire: shorts, t-shirt, dance shoes
- Camps: any of the above dance attire or just something your dancer can move well in
