Steps of Faith is the area’s only Christian dance studio. Established and successfully operating in Southeast Texas since 2002, we are excited to expand our reach and share 21 years of excellent Christian dance education with North Texas. The idea of Steps of Faith was born when my oldest daughter asked if she could take dance when she was 6 years old. I knew that the music choices, costumes, and overall secular environment of the typical dance studio did not settle well with me. After prayer and God’s guidance, I was able to open the doors. For over 20 years, Steps of Faith has touched the lives of thousands of children and young adults and has produced many prestigious dancers. We are passionate about creating an environment that allows dancers to glorify the Lord while obtaining strong technical training that equips them to pursue any path in the dance world.

Steps of Faith Dance Studio is a certified Leap ‘N Learn Ballet school offering Ballet, Pointe, Contemporary, Jazz, Hip Hop, Tap, Lyrical, Tumbling, and My Grown Up & Me Creative Movement. We welcome dancers of all backgrounds and skill levels from ages 2 through 18. In addition to recreational classes, we provide competitive dance team opportunities, which we refer to as the Illuminators. Through this team, we are able to bring God’s light to the competitive dance world. We also have Steps of Faith’s Performance Company, which allows dancers to minister to and perform for our community at various events throughout the year.
