2025 Summer Schedule

June 9, 2025 – July 25, 2025

We will not hold classes on Thursday, July 4^th in Observance of Independence Day.

Tuition Costs

Summer Classes

• Tuition is due and will automatically be processed on June 4^th and July 3^rd via JackRabbit.
• First Class Tuition: $80/month
• Tuition for each class after the first is an additional $60/month, including sibling classes.

Summer Camps & Intensives

• Tuition is due on the first day of camp/intensive.
• Camps cost: $160
• Intensives cost: $130

Ballet Placement Day

• Fee is due on the placement day.
• Cost: $35
• *Required for Ages 8+, if planning to enroll in Ballet for the Fall 2025 season.

Payments

• There is a $25.00 non-refundable registration fee per family.v (For WEEKLY classes only. Does not apply to Camps/Intensives.)
• Tuition is due and will automatically be processed on days listed above via JackRabbit. No checks or cash will be accepted.
• A late fee of $30 will be added after the 10^th of the month if the payment method on the account is declined unless other arrangements are made.
• Full tuition is due each month whether it is a long (5 weeks) or short (2 weeks) month and regardless of whether your child attends every class or not.
• You can update your form of payment at any time in your parent portal.
• No refunds can be given in the case of natural disasters.
• If you decide to withdraw from the studio, we must receive a 30-day written notice, or you will be responsible for that month’s tuition. No exceptions! Please email your notice to [email protected].

Class Time

• Please do not drop your child off at the studio more than 5 minutes prior to her/his class.
• Always send your dancer into the building fully dressed for class in proper class attire, with street shoes on and dance shoes in a bag, and a bottle of water labeled with your child’s name. Before entering the dance room, dancers will change into dance shoes.
• All classes are “closed curtain”, which means teachers, helpers, and students only in the classroom. This helps minimize distractions for the students.  However, each class is equipped with audio and video surveillance cameras for everyone’s safety.
• Please have your child change back into street shoes before leaving the building. Dance shoes are for the studio room only and should never be worn outside.

Music

All classes will be conducted to Christian music. However, we will also be using Classical for our Ballet classes, as well as some age-appropriate children’s music for our younger students. 

Traffic Information

• Drop-off 5 minutes early, and pick-up 5 minutes late.
• To help make sure our traffic flows as smoothly as possible and for the safety of everyone, please DO NOT leave your vehicle if you are utilizing our drive-thru drop-off/pick-up line! If you need to bring your dancer inside to drop off or pick up, please park in the designated parking spots.

Dress Code

• Required class attire is to be purchased directly from the studio. For information/details and how to order, click here.
• Camps and Intensives are the only exceptions. For these classes, your child can wear class dancewear or any modest clothing the dancer can comfortably move in.

Insurance

It is required that all dance students be covered by their family insurance policies. If an injury occurs, it is understood that the student’s policy is the only source of reimbursement.

Keeping Parents Informed

Communication will be electronic, including newsletters. Please make sure we have a current e-mail address at all times! All information will be e-mailed.  Steps of Faith also has a Facebook page where you can find information. We also strongly encourage parents to sign up to receive our text messages. On your cell phone – in the “To:” field, type 81010. In the message area, type @sofdance.

SOF reserves the right to make any changes to all aspects of our business at any time. SOF reserves the right to terminate a student’s enrollment at any time. This is especially possible when a parent does not help us uphold Christian standards of behavior and character.
